Terms and Conditions: Happly Bundles


Happly is pleased to offer exclusive bundles designed to make your moving experience smoother and more affordable. By choosing a Happly bundle, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Participation: To participate in the Happly bundles program, customers must select and book all services included in the chosen bundle. Promotions are open only to new Happly bookings in New South Wales, unless stated otherwise in writing. Participants must agree to these terms and conditions to be eligible.

Services Included: Each bundle consists of specific services such as removalists, cleaners, packers, and utilities setup, as described in the bundle details.

Age Requirement: If a participant is under 18 years old, they must have consent from their parent(s) or guardian(s) to enter the promotion and agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Gift Card Application

Booking Process: Customers must complete bookings for all services included in their selected bundle through the Happly platform.

Completion of Bookings: The Prezzee gift card associated with the bundle will only be issued after the successful completion of all service bookings in the bundle.

Gift Card Credit:

  • The Prezzee gift card will be issued within 14 days after the final service in the bundle has been completed.
  • The value of the gift card will vary based on the chosen bundle.

Cancellation and Changes

Service Cancellation: If any service within the bundle is cancelled by the customer, the bundle gift card will no longer be applicable.

Rescheduling Services: Rescheduling of services is permitted; however, all services must be completed within the specified timeframe for the gift card to apply.

Partial Completion: If only some of the services in the bundle are completed, the gift card will not be issued.

General Conditions

Non-Transferable: The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Combination with Other Offers: Bundle gift cards cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

Modifications: Happly reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bundles and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Final Decisions: Happly’s decisions regarding the application of the promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions.

Expiration: Unless otherwise specified in writing, promotions expire 12 months after the participant becomes aware of the promotion.

Exclusions: Directors and employees of Happly, their immediate families, and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Fulfilment: Happly will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the promotion as described. However, we reserve the right to substitute a promotion of equivalent value, or to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Liability: Happly and associated entities are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death connected with the promotion, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

Entry Ownership: All entries become the property of Happly upon receipt. We reserve the right to use any personal information, photos, videos, or other materials provided by participants for promotional purposes and to conduct the promotion. Failure to provide requested information may result in ineligibility for the promotion.

Privacy: We may use personal information for related purposes. Non-provision of personal information may affect your ability to enter the promotion or for Happly to offer certain services.

Governing Law: These promotion terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Customer Responsibility

Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information when booking services.

Compliance: Customers must comply with all terms and conditions of the individual service providers included in the bundle.
